The Type 97 Shinhoto tank has been built with metal tracks, airbrushed and weathered to an exceptional standard to represent the Gongchen or "Heroic Tank" captured by the Chinese in 1945 and subsequently used against the Japanese and during the Chinese Civil War. The Tank is currently on display at the Chinese military museum in Beijing. The Model also comes with an extremely well built and painted tank commander.
